Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. 2. In a large pan set over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink, drain any grease. 3. Stir in the taco seasoning, cream cheese, hot sauce. Continue stirring over medium heat until cream cheese is completely melted and mixed in. Add the pepper jack cheese and stir until combined and cheese is melty. 4. Place 2-3 tablespoons of beef mixture down one side of the tortilla, about 1-inch from the edge. Tightly roll up tortillas and place seam down on a prepared baking sheet.
