  1. Take all the ingredients in a dry pan and roast it on low heat for 5 mins till it is well toasted. If using dry red chillies and coriander seeds add it along with other spices while toasting, if using coriander powder and chilli powder, add that after the whole spices are well toasted. And give a quick toss for 30 sec. Now remove them to a plate and let it cool down for 5 mins. Take them in a blender and make it into a fine powder.
