  1. Combine garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, salt, paprika, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Sprinkle the spice mix evenly on both sides of the salmon fillets.
  3. Heat olive oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat.
