Directions
- Mix the cottage cheese and flaxseed oil together with a blender until it takes on a creamy consistency. Make sure the oil is not sitting on top of the cottage cheese and is only visible from changing the cottage cheese to a light yellow tint.
- Grind the 2 tbsps of flaxseed in a coffee grinder until the seeds become a fluffy powdery substance. Pour this on your cottage cheese and flaxseed oil mixture. Add blueberries and eat immediately.
- Note: Flaxseeds go rancid after 15 minutes of being ground so be sure to consume this immediately after it is prepared.
