Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a blender cup combine cream cheese, greek yogurt, vanilla extract, stevia, egg, and protein powder.
  2. Pour into a lined baking tray.
  3. Add 50g of frozen blueberries and mix well.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 21 minutes.
  5. Once it’s done baking, set in the fridge for 1 hour.
  6. To a pan on medium heat, add the remaining 150g of blueberries and cornstarch mixed with water. Stir on low heat until it thickens into a jam.
  7. Spread the jam evenly on top of the cheesecake.
  8. Crush a graham cracker and sprinkle around the edge of the cheesecake.
  9. Melt white chocolate and drizzle on top.
