- Preheat oven to 375. (Alternatively, can use air fryer as well). Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- In food processor/blender grind chips into crumbs. Mix with seasonings. Add salt/pepper to taste to seasoning mix.
- Cut chicken into 10 pieces. Place chicken in bowl and top with hot sauce; mix to coat.
- Coat with chip crumbs. Lay on baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes; flip chicken. Bake until cooked through and crispy on outside.
