  1. Soak the millet overnight in the fridge. Use 1/4 cup millet and water. Cook millet like rice, boil millet and remaining water, once it boils reduce heat to a simmer for five minutes. If it is still watery cook longer. Let sit for 10 minutes covered for best results. Chop the apple into bite sized pieces. Mix together all ingredients and enjoy. Toppings can be adjusted.
