- Half English muffin. Heat pan over med heat and add 1 tbsp of butter. When butter is melted add English muffin cut side down and grill until golden brown.
- While muffin is grilling, crack and whisk 1 egg in a bowl.
- When muffin is done, set aside and add sausage patty to the pan grilling until outside is just crispy.
- When sausage is done, set aside and add the other tbsp of butter to pan. When melted add egg and cook through keeping it in a patty shape.
- When egg is done season with salt and pepper, then layer sandwich with egg, sausage, and cheese.
