Feta cheese ½ cup, crumbled or 75g
Red wine vinegar 1 tsp or 5g
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and return to the pan or a large bowl and toss with 2 tsp of olive oil.
- Boil broccoli to defrost, then heat 1 tsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add broccoli and cook until crisp/tender. Toss broccoli with pasta.
- Crumble in feta cheese and stir in olives. Add remaining olive oil and vinegar and toss with pasta. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
