- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok or large skillet over medium high heat. Add Broccoli and mushrooms and stir for 1-2 minutes, then reduce heat to medium and add 3 tbsp waster. cover pan and cook for 3-4 minutes or until broccoli is light green, crisp but tender and mushrooms have softened and browned. Set aside on a plate.
- in a small bowl combine ingredients for stir fry sauce (Coconut aminos, lemon juice, ginger grated, sesame oil and monk fruit) and set aside. Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over medium heat and add in steak, stir for 2-3 minutes or until cooked to preference. add Broccoli and mushrooms back into skillet and pour stir fry sauce over mixture. toss until evenly coated, cook for 3 more minutes. sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds. makes 3 equal servings
