Directions
- Chicken IP - 1/2 cup water- high pressure 15 minutes -shred -set aside
- Add coconut oil to IP
- Add cubed roast to a medium size bowl and add all dry ingredients to cubed roast and mix to coat roast.
- Roast IP - Sauté - cubed roast- sear in coconut oil.
- Kielbasa Add to roast and toss for a few minutes to add some of the spice onto kielbasa.
- Add both cans diced tomatoes
- Add the 3 cups chicken broth. Mix the meat, tomatoes and broth well.
- Close and lock IP cook- High pressure - 15 minutes.
