Directions

  1. Chicken IP - 1/2 cup water- high pressure 15 minutes -shred -set aside
  2. Add coconut oil to IP
  3. Add cubed roast to a medium size bowl and add all dry ingredients to cubed roast and mix to coat roast.
  4. Roast IP - Sauté - cubed roast- sear in coconut oil.
  5. Kielbasa Add to roast and toss for a few minutes to add some of the spice onto kielbasa.
  6. Add both cans diced tomatoes
  7. Add the 3 cups chicken broth. Mix the meat, tomatoes and broth well.
  8. Close and lock IP cook- High pressure - 15 minutes.
  9. Enjoy!
