  1. Sautee onions (garlic), beef, salt and pepper in pan with oil. When onions are soft, add half the can of tomato sauce. Boil a pot of water and simmer cabbage leaves until soft. Layer cabbage leaves, riced cauliflower (defrosted) and beef mixture. Can do one layer or multiple like a lasagna. In a bowl, mix diced tomatoes, rest of tomato sauce, donk of stevia and 2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning. Pour over layers. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
