- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease large baking sheet well. In a large bowl, dredge nuts into liquid egg, then place in single layer on baking sheet. Mix dry ingredients together, and sprinkle evenly over nuts. Place in oven for 30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes, applying leftover dry mixture, if any. Watch closely in second half, as the time difference between candied and burnt is not very long.
