Directions

  1. Chop the cauliflower into small florets and put them into a food processor. Pulse until it's small and looks like rice.
  2. In a bowl combine the cauliflower rice, sesame oil, garlic, and shallots.
  3. Spread the cauliflower in a pot; cook for about 8 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Add the veggies to the cauliflower rice and stir. Cook for an extra couple of minutes.
  5. Pour the soy sauce and stir until heated through. Enjoy!
