  1. Pre-heat oven to 200 °C
  2. Make your fathead dough by melting the mozzarella and almond flour together either in the microwave or on a non-stick pan on medium/low.
  3. Let it cool off a bit while you cut your slices of cheese. If you used slices of cheese, break each slice in half.. (You will use a half slice for one ball)
  4. Wrap your dough around one half-slice or cube of cheese. Make sure it's all sealed and no cheese is sticking through.
  5. Use half the butter to brush the cheese balls and oven-bake them for 10 minutes.
  6. Melt the rest of the butter on a non-stick pan and fry them until crispy.
