Ingredients
Cheddar cheese
2 cup, shredded or 226g
Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp or 34g
Ketchup
¼ cup or 60g
Brown sugar
2 tbsp or 18g
Directions
- Mix ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, keep aside for glaze.
- Combine panko and milk
- Heat oil and cook chopped onion and garlic until clear, set aside and let cool
- Add onions to panko. Add parmesan, 1/2 cup cheddar, other ingredients.
- Make a boat with 2/3 of meat mixture, put remaining cheese in the middle. Top with remaining meat and seal sides.
- Put glaze all over meatloaf
- Cook at 350F for 1h30min
