Directions
- 1.Tear a hotdog into small pieces.
- 2. Heat 10 mL olive oil in a medium-sized pan. After heating the pan, add the hotdog. Wait for 3-5 minutes or until it is cooked.
- 3. While you're waiting for your hotdog, In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Set it aside.
- 4. After cooking the hotdogs, remove the oil from the pan and set aside the hotdogs.
- 5. Put 1 tbsp of butter in a pan and let it melt. When the butter is melted, pour in the beaten eggs. Immediately place 2 pieces of bread onto the egg mixture, coating each side in the still-uncooked egg. Allow it to cook for 1-2 minutes.
