Dice up a 4oz chicken breast into 6 thin pieces. season with salt pepper, and garlic salt (your favorite seasonings. 3. put in the air fryer for 8 minutes (until cooked all the way through) 4. place fries in the air fryer seasoned. for 4 minutes at 400 degrees. 5. take the fries out and mix in parsley and garlic. throw fries back in the air fryer for 4 more minutes (or until crispy). 6. Place one serving of alfredo sauce in the nonstick pan at medium heat on the stove. Add 28gram fat-free cheddar and stir until melted down. 7. Plate your fries/chicken. add the cheese on top
