Directions
- Melt butter in large pan. Add sausages and cook for 5 minutes, remove. Add chopped chicken breast and cook until browned. Add sausages back to the pan. Add all spices and cook for 1 minute. Add tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes. Add the rest of the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes. Add the rice and water/broth and bring to a boil. Bring heat to low and cover. Cook for 30 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
