Directions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Cut up cauliflower and place in a ziplock bag. Pour olive oil, paprika, and salt in the bag. Seal and shake
- Cover a pan with aluminum foil, and pour cauliflower onto the foil. Place in oven for 30-45 minutes.
- Cook chicken and bacon (either pan fry or grill). Chop up both and set aside.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over low-medium heat. Add minced garlic.
- Add cream cheese, parmesan, and heavy cream to the butter and garlic. Mix until combined.
- Add chicken and bacon to the sauce, and mix together.
- Once the cauliflower is done, remove from oven. Portion out on plates, and pour the sauce with chicken and bacon on top. Enjoy!
