Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Cut up cauliflower and place in a ziplock bag. Pour olive oil, paprika, and salt in the bag. Seal and shake
  3. Cover a pan with aluminum foil, and pour cauliflower onto the foil. Place in oven for 30-45 minutes.
  4. Cook chicken and bacon (either pan fry or grill). Chop up both and set aside.
  5. Melt butter in a saucepan over low-medium heat. Add minced garlic.
  6. Add cream cheese, parmesan, and heavy cream to the butter and garlic. Mix until combined.
  7. Add chicken and bacon to the sauce, and mix together.
  8. Once the cauliflower is done, remove from oven. Portion out on plates, and pour the sauce with chicken and bacon on top. Enjoy!
