Ingredients

Directions
- Season chicken with salt & pepper.
- Add about 1 tbsp of vegetable oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
- Cook chicken until skin is browned, about 3-4 minutes. Transfer chicken to bowl of crockpot.
- Dice the peppers and mushrooms. Place these over chicken.
- In a large bowl, mix tomatoes, chicken stock, basil, organo, parsley, red pepper flakes, rosemary, and thyme. Pour mix over chicken and vegetables.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 7-8 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
- When chicken is about an hour from being finished, prepare and plate spaghetti.
- Remove the chicken from the sauce. Place on top of spaghetti.
- Add the olives to the sauce and stir to combine it. Spoon over pasta and chicken. Serve warm.
