Ingredients

Directions

  1. Season chicken with salt & pepper.
  2. Add about 1 tbsp of vegetable oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
  3. Cook chicken until skin is browned, about 3-4 minutes. Transfer chicken to bowl of crockpot.
  4. Dice the peppers and mushrooms. Place these over chicken.
  5. In a large bowl, mix tomatoes, chicken stock, basil, organo, parsley, red pepper flakes, rosemary, and thyme. Pour mix over chicken and vegetables.
  6. Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 7-8 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
  7. When chicken is about an hour from being finished, prepare and plate spaghetti.
  8. Remove the chicken from the sauce. Place on top of spaghetti.
  9. Add the olives to the sauce and stir to combine it. Spoon over pasta and chicken. Serve warm.
