- Preheat the broiler on high and place an all stainless steel skillet (including the handle) or cast iron pan under the heat for about 10 minutes to get very hot. The pan should be 5-7 inches from the heat source.
- While pan is heating prepare the baking tray with parchment paper. Place slices of tiger bread onto the baking sheets/parchment. Spread out the chicken slices onto the tiger bread. Lightly sprinkle chicken and bread with the low fat cheese and top with whatever herbs/seasonings you like. Preferred: granulated onion, low-salt, dash of garlic granules, Italian herb blend.
- Once the oven has heated up sufficiently (About 15 minutes, fan assisted) If doing the 'grill' (broiler) top shelf about 3 minutes or so! Watch carefully. If doing 'baking' I'd say about 200 c/375 f - for about 10 minutes! check toppings after such time to see for doneness / prefernce! Then serve with a small side salad! (Bearing in mind you are having 'bread' IN The dinner, so no 'side bread' LOL)
