Directions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to flatten them. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in the beaten egg, then coat with bread crumbs.
  4. In a hot skillet, melt the butter and fry the chicken until browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes. Remove from the skillet.
  5. Add the pasta sauce to the skillet and heat thoroughly.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, place slices of mozzarella on top, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover and cook until the cheese is melted. Serve the chicken with the cooked spaghetti.
