  1. Wash and dry chicken. Pour lemon juice on the chicken. In a small bowl combine all the spices, mix well. Add spices to chicken. Chop or slice chicken into pieces and set aside. Sauté the onion in olive oil. Add chicken to the onions and cook chicken thoroughly, until done. Let cool for a few minutes. To serve, make a wrap, or top on a bed of lettuce.
