Directions
- Start by heating a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in your ground beef and start browning. Break up your beef during the cooking process.
- While your beef is cooking, chop 8 ounces of Velveeta cheese into chunks.
- Once your beef is cooked through, add in your Velveeta cheese and stir in until melted.
- After your cheese melts, add 1 cup of fat free Fairlife milk, 15 ounce can of chili (no beans), 2 Tbsp lime juice, 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp cayenne (more if you like a lot of heat), and 1/4 tsp cumin. Mix together well, reduce the heat, and let simmer while you cook your pasta. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook your pasta according to the instructions on the package. Once your pasta is cooked through, strain it and add it back to your pot.
- Add your beef and queso mixture to the pot with your cooked pasta, stir everything together, give it a taste and add salt and pepper to preference.
