- 1 - In a food processor add the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, and hot water and combine until all ingredients are mixed well. 2 - Using the palm of your hands, roll the mixture into 5 balls. Place the balls in the freezer for 10 min. 3 - Whilst waiting for the balls to cool, begin making the chocolate coating by mixing together the cacao powder, honey, and melted coconut oil in a bowl. 4 - Dip the balls in the chocolate coating, covering the entire ball, and transfer them to a plate. Repeat the process until all of the balls are coated with chocolate. Refrigerate the balls for up to 1 hour to set. 5 - Serve 1 ball and keep the remaining balls in the fridge and serve over the next few days.
