Cookie Dough Protein Balls

Ingredients

• Peanuts

  All types, dry-roasted, without salt

  2 cup or 292g

• Muscle Milk Naturals protein powder chocolate

  Muscle Milk

  3 scoop or 105g

• Coconut meat

  Nuts, raw

  ¼ cup, shredded or 20g

• Nutracleanse

  Nutracleanse

  60 grams or 200g

• Vanilla extract

  1 tbsp or 13g

• Almond butter

  Nuts, plain, without salt added

  3 tbsp or 48g

• Dates, deglet noor

  1 cup, chopped or 147g

• Water

  Plain, clean water

  ¼ cup or 59g

• Dark chocolate

  70-85% cacao solids

  2 oz or 57g

Directions

1. Add 2 cups of dry roasted peanuts to your food processor and blend until it is peanut flour.
2. Add your 3 scoops protein powder and pulse until blended.
3. Add your unsweetened coconut and nutracleanse and pulse until blended.
4. Add the vanilla extract, almond butter, dates, and water. Blend until cookie dough texture.
5. Begin rolling protein balls into 1 inch balls. Press in cacao nibs. Refrigerate up to a week. Enjoy!
