Directions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once heated, add onion.
- After a couple of minutes add garlic powder and cayenne or paprika. Add frozen cauliflower rice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Once the cauliflower rice is tender, about five minutes, add parsley.
- Remove from heat.
