- Heat oil in a pan . Season shrimp and fry for 2 minutes. Set aside.
- Melt butter in pan and saute garlic for 30 seconds. Add wine or broth. Allow to reduce.
- Reduce heat and add cream. Stir well and season.
- Add cheese and simmer until cheese melts and sauce thickens.
- Add shrimp back to pan and sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve over pasta, rice or steamed veg.
