Directions

  1. Pit and soak dates in hot water for 10 min, drain and chop.
  2. Chop pecans and stir all ingredients together. Form into balls about 1 tbsp size. (Makes 25 so 3 can fit in each small mason jar.)
  3. Add 1 chocolate covered espresso bean to the top of each ball.
  4. Cut wax paper circles to separate flattened balls in small mason jars. Store in the fridge.
