  1. Heat a stovetop burner to high heat.
  2. Toast the bread slices.
  3. In a bowl, combine the mustard, mayonnaise, and paprika.
  4. Remove the toast from the heat and place it on a plate lined with a paper towel.
  5. Spray a pan with cooking spray and scramble one egg.
  6. Spread the sauce mixture on the toasted bread slices.

  8. Spray the pan again and cook the second egg over easy.
  9. Place the second egg on top of the first egg and sauce.
  10. Top with the remaining slice of toast.
