Beef rib
Whole (ribs 6-12), separable lean and fat, trimmed to 1/8" fat, all grades, raw
3 lb or 1.36kg
Directions
- Mix all spices and Stevia brown sugar very well to combine.
- Spread mustard all over Ribs then spread spice mixture all over mustard covered ribs.
- Allow ribs to marinate for at least 1 hour, and up to 24 hours.
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
- Wrap ribs tightly in foil.
- Bake ribs (BONE SIDE DOWN) for 3 hours at 275 degrees F.
- After the ribs have been cooking, brush with barbeque sauce.
- Broil uncovered at 450 degrees F for 10-15 min.
