Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a small bowl whisk well the first 7 ingredients.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of water and reduce the heat to a medium-low. Cover, and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes, or until broccoli is tender with a crunch. Set aside.
  4. To the same heated skillet add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat. Stir the shrimp to flip, and pour over the teriyaki sauce. Cook, stirring continuously for 2-3 minutes, or until the shrimp is pink and opaque and the teriyaki sauce has thickened and nicely coats the shrimp.
  5. Return the broccoli to the pan and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
