Egg and Ham Fried Rice

Ingredients

• Avocado

• 60% less sugar Gregg's BBQ sauce

  BBQ sauce

  Mayonaise

• Champagne ham

  Beehive

• Paprika

  ½ tsp or 1g

• White mushrooms

  raw

  ¼ cup, whole or 24g

• Red bell pepper

  raw

  ¼ small or 19g

• Red onion

  ¼ small raw or 17g

• Soy sauce

  regular sodium, shoyu

  1 tbsp or 16g

• Egg

  whole

  1 large or 50g

• Egg white

  raw

  2 egg white (separated from yolk) or 80g

• White rice

  long-grain, regular, raw, enriched

Directions

1. In a pan, add vegetables and cook till completely softened and add paprika. Once cooked, add in microwaed rice, 2 egg whites and 1 egg. Mix together and add in soy sauce. Chop up ham and add into rice mix. Mix well all together and dish into a bowl.
2. Top with mayo, avo and BBQ sauce. Enjoy!
