Directions
- Pre-heat oven to broil at 500
- .While pre-heating, prep sauce. Add tomato sauce, roasted red pepper, hot sauce, and cottage cheese to a small bowl or blender and blend (I use a hand blender)
- Add flatbread to the oven for 3-4 mins to let lightly crisp up, remove
- Add sauce, pecorino romano and parmesan, turkey pepperoni
- Add to oven (broil at 500) and let cook for 6-8 mins
- Remove, slice, and enjoy!
