- Preheat oven to 350.
- Prepare a loaf pan or 11x7 baking dish by greasing the bottom with butter.
- Remove butter and cream cheese from the fridge and allow them to reach room temperature
- Add cream cheese, and butter into a bowl.
- Melt in microwave for 1 minute.
- Add eggs, spices and truvia sugar.
- Blend until smooth and a liquid consistency.
- Pour into prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle top with cinnamon and or nutmeg if you wish.
- Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes. Less time will make it more like flan, longer will make it more like a solid custard with a yummy mushy bread texture.
- Drizzle with sugar free maple syrup, and a dollop of whipped cream.
- Refrigerate remaining loaf covered tightly for up to 4 days.
