Ingredients
Directions
- Mix 2 oz of cottage cheese with 4 oz of Carbmaster Plain Vanilla Yogurt or the yogurt your diet allows. I require low carbs and low sugar so I use Kroger's Carbmaster Yogurt.
- Place just enough blueberries in bottom of cup to cover the bottom. I used about 25 blueberries for this entire meal. I use 8-12 oz plastic sealable cups so I can make my breakfast the night before and grab in the mornings for work. Next, use a spoon to start adding the yogurt cottage cheese mixture. You choose how much you want each layer to be.
- Add a few raspberries and continue alternating fruit and yogurt cottage cheese mixture.
- I usually end with yogurt cottage cheese on top then add a few more blueberries and raspberries. I sometimes wait until next morning to sprinkle 2 TBsp of the unsalted sunflower seeds on top for added fiber and protein. This keeps the sunflower seeds more crunchy.
- Please experiment with this as your diet allows and alternate fruit, leave out cottage cheese if you don't like it, etc.
