  1. Cut chicken breasts into strips (should make 10 total). Toss them in a bowl. Season with onion powder, salt, garlic powder, and parsley flakes. Add greek yogurt and mixed garlic to the bowl. Mix well.
  2. In a bag add cornflakes, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, and parsley flakes. Crush and pour into a plate.
  3. Coat each piece of chicken in the cornflakes and bake at 400°F for 17 minutes.
  4. Top tenders with parmesan cheese and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes
