Ingredients
Rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp or 30g
Honey
1 ½ tbsp or 32g
Directions
- slice tufu, place on parchment-lined baking sheet. bake for 15-20 mins at 460F
- Begin By Heating A Large Skillet To Medium High Heat. Once Hot, Add Olive Oil, 2 Tbsp Fresh Ginger And Garlic.
- Add beef and broccoli. Begin to sauté until sides of beef begin to brown (about 3-4 minutes), and reduce heat to medium.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sauce: soy or coconut aminos, sesame oil, vinegar, chili garlic sauce, ground ginger, honey and 1 tbsp fresh ginger. Toss into skillet and be sure to coat the beef.
- Let simmer another 5-8 minutes, or until beef is cooked to your liking. It only took me an additional 5 minutes to have medium - medium well cooked steak. If sauce is too thin, you can add 1 tbsp arrowroot starch to 1 tbsp water. Toss in to skillet, and cook until thickened.
- Serve hot, over rice or cauliflower rice. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds (optional).
