  3. Make Sauce Combining: oyster sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce
  4. Add Minced Garlic And Chopped Onions (1 inch triangles) To A Hot Pan With Sesame Oil
  5. Cook Till garlic is light Brown Then Add peppers and carrots (chopped like 1 inch triangles)
  6. Add 1/3 Cup Of Water To Pan and prepped sauce
  7. cook for 5 min on medium high heat
  8. mix 1/3 cup water with cornstarch and add to pan
  9. cook till sauce reduces to half, andd chicken and cook for 2 min
  10. Add scallions as garnish
