Ingredients
Lamb shoulder
Domestic, blade, separable lean and fat, trimmed to 1/4" fat, choice, raw
1 ½ lb or 680g
Directions
- Whisk together the yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic in a medium bowl.
- Stir in the cucumber and dill then season with salt and pepper and chill.
- Combine the lamb, rosemary, mint, parsley, and oregano in a large bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
