Directions

  1. Cover eggs in a pan with cold water and bring to a boil. Boil 1 min, then remove from heat and let sit for 8 min. Cool under running water and peel.
  2. Meanwhile, over high heat, add turkey bacon to a large skillet. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, flip over, and lower heat to medium. Cook 2 to 3 minutes more. Remove and let drain on a paper towel.
  3. Cut eggs in half and remove yolks. In a bowl, mash yolks and guacamole. Drizzle with lime juice and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Scoop filling into egg whites and sprinkle with paprika. Enjoy with a side of turkey bacon.
