- Cook bacon in a non stick pan until crisp. Drain on paper towel. Then add mushrooms and onion. Cook until onions become transparent. Wipe pan with a paper towel to clean up grease.
- Cook burger in the same pan over medium heat for about 5mins per side. Place cheese on top of burger when almost done until cheese melts.
- Spread mayo over bottom side of bun. Place burger on bum cheese side down
- Top burger with tomatoes, onion and bacon
