  1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a deep pan. Sauté the onion and garlic until cooked. Then add the zucchini to the pan. After 3 minutes, add the uncooked orzo. Add the vegetable bouillon cube and meanwhile boil the water. Add the tomato passata and then the boiled water. Cook the orzo in the tomato sauce for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, drizzle the cherry tomatoes with 1/2 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Cook them in the air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius for 8 minutes. In the oven, it takes 12-15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Once the orzo is cooked, add the Parmesan cheese to the pan, allowing it to melt through. Also, stir in the fresh basil. Divide the orzo among 4 plates. Top with the cherry tomatoes, burrata (1/2 ball per person), fresh pepper, and a sprig of fresh basil. Enjoy! 😋
