  1. Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Place a piece of aluminum foil on a baking sheet, holding up the sides. Brush olive oil in the center of the foil, coating evenly. Place salmon, skin side down, on the foil.
  3. Combine honey, make maple syrup, and mustard in a small bowl. Whisk to combine and brush half of the mixture over the salmon.
  4. Broil on high for 5 minutes, then remove the salmon and brush with the remaining glaze. Return it to the broiler for an additional 5 - 7 minutes, until salmon easily flakes.
