  1. In a bowl, mix together the honey, tamari, salt and apple cider vinegar to form a marinade.
  2. Place the chicken wings in an oven proof dish and pour over the prepared marinade and stir to combine.
  3. Place in the fridge to marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight, turning the chicken occasionally to re-distribute the marinade amongst the chicken.
  4. When you're ready to cook the chicken, preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
  5. Once the oven has reached the temperature, place the prepared chicken wings into the oven. Cook for 20 minutes then remove from the oven, turn over and cook for a further 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
