  1. 1. Cook bacon until crisp. Set aside to cool. 2. In a blender, combine the sugar, mustard powder, diced red onion, and cider vinegar. Set aside. 3. Bring bacon grease to a medium temperature. 4. Add in the blender mixture to the grease and stir until simmering and smooth. 5. Crumble bacon into tiny pieces and add to mixture. 6. Pour over spinach salad with hard boiled eggs and grape tomatoes. Enjoy!
