- Cut spaghetti squash in half. Scoop out seeds. Rub inside with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Put cut side down in a pan and bake at 450 degrees for 40 minutes. When done, use fork to scoop out shreds and save.
- Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add ground turkey and brown. Add in Italian Seasoning. Add in spaghetti squash shreds. Add spaghetti sauce and heat through.
- Layer half of sauce in baking dish. Top with half of cheese. Layer rest of sauce and cheese. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if preferred. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
