- Let cream cheese sit out for 1 hour to soften. Then cut jalapeno in half and scrap out stems and seeds to your level of spice. Fill each Jalepeno half with 1-2 teaspoons of cream cheese. Then sprinkle up to a teaspoon or less of cheddar cheese on top, with chives (optional) and bacon bits (optional). Line baking pan with partchment paper and line Jalapenos on top. You can bake on 400F for 10-15min or Broil them for 3-5min.
