Directions
- Preheat oven to 180C
 - Melt the butter in the microwave. Add the eggs and mix well, then set aside.
 - Combine the 3/4 cup almond flour, 3/4 cup coconut powder, 3/4 cup whole psyllium husks, 3/4 cup protein powder, 2 tsp cream of tartar and 2 tsp baking powder. Whisk well to combine.
 - Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
 - Pour into a greased standard loaf pan, and bake for 90 mins. Leave in oven for 10 minutes then leave to cool on cooling rack.
